Well Labs+ Medspa Crestwood is located on 6402 Westwind Way, Suite 8, Crestwood, KY so there’s no traffic to worry about. Instead of a small waiting area, the reception lobby is open and welcoming, with a modern but warm feel rather than a clinical medical atmosphere. Treatment rooms have the same comforting vibe.
Erica Chowning
Erica Chowning has always loved working with people and making them feel better. So she doesn’t regard being the owner and practitioner at Well Labs+ Medspa Crestwood as a job. “As Thomas Edison said, ‘I’ve never worked a day in my life. It was always fun,’” she smiled.
That’s been Erica’s irrepressible attitude since she was young. She was born in the small town of Carrollton, just north of her current Well Labs+ Medspa Crestwood offices in Crestwood, KY. A serious student, she played piano, read voraciously, and edited her middle school newspaper.
As a fourteen-year-old, she begged her mother to let her volunteer at a nursing home behind her house as a Helping Hand (a program like the Candy Stripers hospital volunteers). Her mom agreed on one condition: Erica had to keep her grades up.

Kathy’s love for skincare started long before she made it her career. After years of encouragement from her hairdresser, she pursued aesthetics and never looked back. Fourteen years later, she continues to help clients feel confident and refreshed through personalized patient care.
A licensed Aesthetician and graduate of the Aveda Fredric’s Institute, Gracie discovered her passion for the beauty industry early on—doing makeup for friends and school events long before starting her career in Medical Aesthetics. Today, she brings creativity and care to every treatment she performs at Well Labs+ Medspa Crestwood, helping clients look and feel their best.
A board-certified Physician Assistant, Kenza brings both medical expertise and precision to every treatment she performs at Well Labs+ Medspa Crestwood. Born in Morocco and raised in Louisville, she discovered her passion for aesthetics after beginning her career in family practice, where she realized how transformative confidence can be.
I am a Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of experience in aesthetics and 14 years in healthcare overall. I love building long term relationships with patients and helping feel confident in their own skin. My approach focuses on natural, balanced results and creating a comfortable experience where patients feel heard, educated and empowered.
As a Louisville native, I’m excited to be back home after spending the last 12 years in Columbus, Ohio. I’m a proud University of Kentucky alum — Go Cats! I have a husband and beautiful daughter who I adore. When I’m not in the office, you can find me spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, traveling, or catching up on all things Bravo.
Gina joined Well Labs+ Medspa Crestwood after an incredible opportunity came her way—and she instantly felt it was the positive, encouraging environment she’d been looking for. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Gina loves meeting new people and connecting with clients from all walks of life. As the first face clients see, her favorite part of the job is creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door.
